Begemann Pumps PAVN pump
This Begemann PAVN pump is a vertical suspended, single casing volute line shaft-driven sump pump for the petroleum and gas industrial services. Pumps are designed to API 610 10th editions (ISO 13709) and are fully ATEX compliant. They are also designed to suit customer requirements with lengths available up to 7 m sump depth.

ADVANTAGES
Pump casing
Heavy duty single volute casing incorporating a spiral wound confined controlled-compression gasket.

Impeller
Hydraulically balanced closed impeller is externally adjustable, keyed and positive locked. Precision casted for optimum hydraulic performance.

Shaft
Large shaft diameter guarantees operation below critical speed.

Line shaft steady bearing
Bearings with bushings & shaft sleeves, flange mounted between column pipes ensuring no wear on shaft (standard lubricated with pumped liquid).

Thrust bearing
Grease lubricated thrust bearing in pump head to prevent pump developed loads to the motor preventing costly motor bearing failures.

Mounting plate
Circular mounting flange dimensions meet international sizing standards (ANSI/ASME).

Column pipe
Heavy duty flanged column pipe provides rigid support to pump and bearings.

Shaft sealing
Stuffing box allows for various sealing arrangements.
