All pumps have a back pull-out facility that allows the complete
rotating assembly to be removed without the suction or discharge
pipework. The heavy duty, rigid and compact design, which is unique
for the Begemann®
PA range results into lower vibration levels, lower maintenance,
longer MTBF and longer seal life.
Renewable Wear Rings: Impeller and casing wear
rings on both suction and discharge side.
Impeller: Precision casted impeller, for optimum
hydraulic performance.
API 682 Seal Chamber: API 682 seal chamber and
flush piping for improved seal life. Single or dual cartridge type
mechanical seals available.
Shaft: A stiff and compact design to limit shaft
deflection for extended seal performance. The shaft is fully
protected againest pump fluid (dry shaft).
Back Pull-Out: Back pull-out design to remove the
rotor without disturbing the driver and the system pipework.
Bearing Protection: Labyrinth type enclosures with
non-sparking deflectors, which retain oil and exclude atmospheric
contaminants and moisture.
Bearing Bracket: Bearing bracket with air fins and
oil bath lubrication. Stiff and conical shaped for increased
rigidity, resulting in lower vibration levels.
Centerline Support: Heavy duty centerline mounted
design to withstand 2x API table nozzle loadings.
Pump Casing: Double volute from 4" discharge to
decrease radial forces.
